Positive Experiences Collective Conference 2025: Keynote on co-design for culture and systems change

Updated: Jul 17

As part of the inaugural Positive Experiences Collective Conference 2025, we were honoured to host a keynote speech by Lenny Naar—co-leader of the Positive Experiences Collective and Creative Director at thinkpublic.

In his talk, Lenny explored the power of co-design as a driver for culture and systems change, sharing insights from thinkpublic's work across health, education, and community-led innovation. He challenged us to think differently about how we design experiences with people, not for them, and how this approach can create more inclusive, responsive, and sustainable change for children and young people.

The keynote was a powerful reminder that positive experiences don’t happen by accident; they are intentionally designed, collaboratively shaped, and deeply rooted in the realities of those they aim to serve.

Whether you're new to co-design or looking to deepen your practice, this talk is packed with ideas and inspiration to take forward in your own work.
